The customer support is TERRIBLE. I have contacted them a few times reguarding license problems and they have had the wordt service i’ve ever experinced. They accused me for several things such as using other peoples accounts, and when ive been trying to explain the situation they have just answered with pasting theyre license guidlines not trying to solve the issue AT ALL. They also ignore emails and i wonder if they even read what you type.
Imagine you buying their products and still they dont care about trying to help you. I wouldnt do any kind of purchase from this company until they take responsability for their customers product related concerns. And i recommend that you dont purchase from them.

Wonderful customer service, I bought the wrong version of fruity loops and they gave me a refund for the previous version once I bought and registered the version I actually needed, polite and courteous, greatly appreciated, thanks!
My credit card was fraudulently used for a number of online purchases including one at image-line. Whilst most vendors reversed the transactions, image-line’s response was quite rude. Basically “we’ve got your money so screw you”. Ultimately visa will refund me either way but the attitude was appalling

Bought my friend a license for his birthday and accidentally redeemed the code on my account. After kindly asking for help and acknowledge our mistake there were no help from the support team. Instead they insisted that we were sharing accounts and that they will no longer respond to the issue. I now have two fl licenses and zero respect for this dirty company... Great software and all that but if ur having technical difficulties they will try their best to do nothing.
they refused customer service over one single word of profanity, refused to help me again, and closed my ticket, I lost all my project files for a placement opportunity and I cannot get them back, i will be going to better business bureau if they won`t help me again.
I don't understand those bad reviews, i've been using Fl studio since 2013 and i can guarantee that is completely worth it. Tried Ableton but i didnt like it, i get used to the loop system that FL studio has
DAW of Choice! The software is easy to learn and allows us to be creative and achieve our ideas in the studio. For anyone starting out or for top professionals - this software is well worth the time.
I don't know what is up with the other reviews but image line team is always available on the forums. I have dealt with bad customer service of other VSTs and software companies in the past and I would say that very few actually actually respond to the mails, let alone have an active forum dedicated for it's users.
Virtually no customer support...
Was told to send a diagnostics zip. file for them to research my issue...
This was more than a month ago...
Have had issues with their support before and the FL studio fanboys don't help even one bit, since the only substantial thing they can say is "well then start using Ableton or some other crappy DAW..." Very helpful...
